Key Responsibilities

We are seeking Family Support Specialists to enhance our successful multi-agency collaboration within social care as we evolve towards a Safeguarding Plus service delivery model. You will be tasked with developing strength-based recovery strategies for families that are comprehensive, centered on family needs, and offer a variety of solution-focused interventions aimed at achieving positive outcomes.

We value candidates with exceptional communication skills, and a professional qualification in a relevant field is advantageous. Extensive training will be provided to enhance your understanding and skills, and we are eager to invest in the right individuals for this role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You may possess experience in the substance use sector or have transferable skills seeking a new direction. Having managed a substantial caseload in a dynamic environment, you will have insight into substance use and recovery initiatives. We seek Family Support Specialists who demonstrate strong communication abilities and the flexibility to navigate a diverse role.
