Human Resources Consultant
Full Time - hours per week
We are seeking dedicated individuals eager to advance their HR careers within a dynamic, client-oriented setting. As a member of our Corporate People Team, you will deliver exceptional front-line HR advisory services to the organization, ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, offering prompt and precise guidance in accordance with company HR policies, legal standards, and expert advice.
- Utilize our HR Information Systems to maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Verify that all employee compliance checks are thorough and current.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a superior experience.
- Participate in formal Employee Relations meetings as a company representative and note-taker.
- Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and manage records of employee absences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Advisor role, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems, with experience in Workday and/or Allocate Health roster being advantageous.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a geographically diverse team.
- High level of digital literacy and IT skills.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
