Role Overview
As the Director of Sales and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in our leadership team, overseeing the organization’s commercial strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire the Sales and Partnerships teams, fostering meaningful relationships across various fundraising streams and spearheading efforts to recruit new educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at sustainable income growth.
- Forge and nurture partnerships focused on program development and income generation within the education sector.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance in fundraising activities.
