Cabling Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Cabling Supervisor to join our team as a Cabling Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure on our build and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and mark up existing services within the work area.
  • Identify and update job notes for required DFEs (Design for Excellence).
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager.
  • Perform daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff.
  • Conduct gate checks on gangs as they leave the yard.

Requirements:

  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH (Street Works Code of Practice).
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
