Academy HR Director

Oliver Brookes, a prestigious organisation, is seeking a talented Head of HR to lead the development of their HR strategy and drive impactful HR initiatives.
As Head of HR, you will:
- Lead an operational HR team to implement a transformational HR strategy and comprehensive group people plan.
- Develop and execute proactive employee relations strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster positive relationships with Trade Unions.
- Coach and develop business leaders and HR professionals to ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Utilise data analysis to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Strong coaching and influencing skills are essential, as well as a proven track record in improving employee relations and engagement. The ability to communicate effectively and manage complex projects is also crucial.
Additionally, you will have experience transforming Trade Union relationships and enhancing the overall employee experience, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the capability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
