Position Overview
Job Title: Service Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility required to support a 24-hour service
Are you passionate about driving positive change? As the Service Manager for P3's Mental Health Helpline in Derbyshire, you will play a pivotal role in fostering improvement in the lives of individuals and their communities.
P3 offers a comprehensive range of mental health services, including our Mental Health Helpline, which provides free, round-the-clock support for individuals across Derbyshire during their most critical times.
In this leadership role, you will manage this vital service and our dedicated team with empathy, compassion, and respect, ensuring that the individuals we support remain at the heart of our service delivery.
The Mental Health Helpline operates in partnership with various organizations, including Derbyshire Health Care NHS Foundation Trust, the Police and Crime Commissioner, and the Clinical Commissioning Group. This collaboration allows you to work alongside passionate professionals, drive service excellence, and implement strategic initiatives that significantly enhance the lives of those facing mental health challenges.
