Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at DreamSearch Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
