Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Application Engineer – Connected Body Shop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Translate customer needs into product development enhancements, develop expertise within the organization, and implement new smart hardware & software solutions into the collision repair industry.
  • Collaborate with product development teams, channel partners, and business teams to provide practical solutions to customers.
  • Identify future business opportunities, product improvement needs, and issues preventing commercialization.
  • Support and troubleshoot concerns for sales professionals & end-users with installation and onboarding activities of the RepairStack Performance Solution.
  • Develop content and training key stakeholders regularly as the RepairStack software and program evolves.
Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A technical diploma from an accredited institution or 5+ years of previous experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

  • Previous experience serving industrial markets such as manufacturing, OEM, distribution, collision repair, or insurance industry.
  • Previous hardware / software experience with automotive calibration & diagnostic equipment and inventory management solutions.
  • Passion for problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and track record on working in dynamic environments.

  • Location: UK, Atherstone area.
  • Eligible to Work Your Way program (Hybrid).
  • Travel: May include up to 35% domestic & international.
