Position Overview:
As a Personal Care Assistant at HC-One, your primary focus will be on demonstrating compassion and empathy in every interaction. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes receive the highest standard of care. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Engage residents in various activities to promote their well-being and dignity.
- Recognize and report any signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, ensuring the safety of all residents.
- Participate in safeguarding training and adhere to best practices in care.
