Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Front of House team at the Kings Arms, a busy pub on the edge of Taunton town centre. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance
- Work closely with the management team to create and deliver business plans and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
- Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the private bar and large beer garden
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
