Job Overview

At DGH Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Tester to join our client's large programme of work on a 3-month contract basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-volume applications using the latest Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually testing complex, high-volume applications using Oracle technologies
  • Identifying test scenarios and writing test scripts
  • Creating test data and undertaking testing
  • Logging errors and liaising with the development team to work out fixes and re-tests
  • Experience in manual testing on Oracle databases, rather than apps or web testing

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle database testing methodologies
  • Experience in creating test data and test scripts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
