Strategic Marketing Officer

Position Overview
Genomics Quality Assessment (GenQA) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become part of our team as a Marketing and Business Officer. As a key member of the UK National External Quality Assessment Service (UK NEQAS) consortium, GenQA plays a vital role in enhancing patient care through comprehensive evaluations of genomic service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a well-established international organization, with operational bases in two prominent centers.
This newly established role will be instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of both short-term and long-term marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with GenQA personnel and relevant agencies to bolster and expand the GenQA brand's global visibility. Responsibilities will include analyzing and presenting EQA data and participant information, as well as identifying avenues for process enhancement. Additionally, the role entails conducting EQA quality control procedures and maintaining precise records utilizing various computer databases, with comprehensive training provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee marketing projects aimed at promoting GenQA services globally.
- Customize marketing strategies to enhance awareness of GenQA services, particularly in areas with potential for growth or underutilization.
- Offer essential administrative and clerical support, providing guidance to participants and key stakeholders as needed.
- Deliver quality management assistance as required.
