About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team at PSPS – Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic business relationships and opportunities
  • Create comprehensive business cases, assess financial viability, and evaluate people-related impacts
  • Implement various programmes of work alongside our Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or a Level 7 professional qualification in areas such as Business Leadership, Change Management/Project Management
  • Previous experience in a business development/project management or delivery/change related field
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases/project proposals
  • Driving License essential – due to travel required across multisite

PSPS is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) which is wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council.
