Business Transformation and Change Manager

PSPS is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation and Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of business cases, assessing financial viability, evaluating people-related impacts, and implementing various programs of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive organizational change and transformation
  • Lead the creation of business cases, assessing financial viability and evaluating people-related impacts
  • Implement various programs of work, including process improvements and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and change
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or a Level 7 professional qualification in areas such as Business Leadership, Change Management/Project Management
  • Previous experience in a business development/project management or delivery/change related field
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases/project proposals
  • Driving License essential – due to travel required across multisite

About PSPS:

PSPS is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) which is wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council. The Company operates from its offices in Spalding, Boston, and Horncastle. The Company provides a range of services including Human Resources & Payroll, Financial Services, Procurement & Contracts, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) & Digital, Customer Contact, Revenues & Benefits, Health & Safety, and a range of Corporate Support services.

The Company primarily delivers these services to its three client Councils, in support of the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP), across the Company itself and externally to a resident population of approximately 305,000 across the geographical boundaries of South Holland, East Lindsey and Boston.
