Transformation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Engineer to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to production to ensure efficient performance of all equipment
• Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and engineering best practices
• Accurately record and document work carried out, root causes of failures, and spares/consumables used

About You

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
• Recognized engineering qualification
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Flexible working attitude
• Competent electrical and fault-finding skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Methodical and strong attention to detail
