Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of the Workday system, encompassing its core functionalities and integrations with other applications.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of testers to ensure efficient testing processes and timely delivery of high-quality QA deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in defect management, effectively tracking, reporting, and collaborating on the resolution of identified issues.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed about testing progress, results, and any potential risks or challenges.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within our QA processes and contribute to the implementation of continuous quality enhancements.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience working with Workday.

  • Proven experience as a Functional or Integration Test Analyst within the Workday environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Experience utilizing testing tools such as Jira to manage test cases, defects, and reporting.
