About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Menu Management: Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement menu strategies, ensuring that our menu offerings are aligned with customer preferences and drive sales growth.
