We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the East Midlands. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of site-based projects or remedial work. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications, ensuring all risk, specification, and project objectives are met in full.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications.
  • Deputise for the Site Manager to effectively motivate, support, and manage the site-based team.
  • Ensure the required health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved.
  • Promote the importance of customer relationships to the site-based team.
Requirements
  • Behave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring, and Quality.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Valid SMSTS Certificate.
  • Experience working on new build projects.
  • Experience in the management of Health and Safety.
