We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Finance Manager to join our team at MB Connected. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager and Senior Account Director with commercial projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget and forecast.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and implement controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Senior Finance Manager and Senior Account Director with ad-hoc commercial projects, including business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiencies across the finance function.
- Part-qualified / finalist accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in stakeholder interaction and commercial finance.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for finance and a desire to progress in their career.
