Job Title: Clinic Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Laser and Aesthetics clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance, ensuring smooth operations, and creating an exceptional experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Performance: Monitor, track, and report key metrics to ensure we hit our targets and exceed expectations.
  • Front of House Excellence: Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless client interactions from answering phones to managing appointments.
  • Operational Management: Lead the day-to-day running of both the laser and Aesthetics Clinic, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Client Experience: Work with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive patient satisfaction, and encourage glowing reviews.
  • Marketing & Branding: Take charge of marketing efforts, helping to grow the brand through innovative and effective strategies.
  • Financial Management: Maintain up-to-date accounts using Xero, manage overheads, and negotiate with providers and suppliers to ensure efficiency.
  • CQC Compliance: Ensure our facilities not only meet but exceed CQC and patient standards, maintaining high performance in systems and processes.
  • Team Engagement: Act as a motivator and organiser for team engagement activities, creating a work environment where everyone thrives.
  • Resource Management: Manage clinic consumables, rota planning, and ensure the facility is always in top condition.

Requirements:

  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in managing P&Ls and comfortable with IT systems like Excel.
  • Leadership: Experienced in managing teams and fostering a culture of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confident in negotiating with providers and suppliers across various industries.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensuring compliance and best practices are always upheld through meticulous SOP management.
