Position Overview:

  • Oversee the execution of clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to established protocols and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of clinical studies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with global investigators and service providers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure precise financial planning.
  • Guarantee data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead the processes of site selection, Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, and regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare for and address audits and regulatory inspections effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical operations team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing clinical trials.
  • Preferred expertise in the development of oncology therapeutics.
  • In-depth understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in expediting clinical study timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
