About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective programme management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our clinical research projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design and implement skills resourcing plans to ensure the right talent is in place to deliver our programmes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
