The Role

As a Data Integration Engineer within our Portfolio Data Integration team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of financial data into Addepar's platform. Our team is responsible for acquiring, transforming, cleansing, and modeling client portfolio data from diverse sources, including third-party providers, custodial banks, APIs, and direct user input.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining robust data pipelines that support the ingestion, analysis, and enrichment of financial information. You'll collaborate closely with business analysts to design, implement, and optimize processes that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks within our Data Lake environment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement process controls and metrics to ensure data accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integration processes and enhance overall system performance.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
