Job Title: Data Integrity Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation project, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity across our systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  3. Lead the development of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft PowerBi to support data-driven decision making.
  4. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain data integration processes using Azure Data Factory, SSRS, and C#.
  6. Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skills development.
  7. Identify and resolve data integrity, quality, and robustness challenges to ensure high-quality data.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  2. Strong technical skills in SQL, PowerBi, Azure Data Factory, and related technologies.
  3. Experience in data governance, data quality, and data management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data situations and drive solutions.
