Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and display strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high standard of store appearance
  • Support the recruitment and development of volunteers to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams
  • Commercially driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing customer engagement
