Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Security Specialist to join our team at SF Recruitment (Tech). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovative technology solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project-based engineering, from conception to completion with comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Develop technical expertise across the client product range, focusing on network design, implementation, and security.
  • Provide Tier 3/4 technical support and mentor junior engineers.
  • Contribute to improving business services and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Formal accreditation with vendor product sets, particularly Juniper, Checkpoint, Aruba, or Cisco, is desirable.
  • At least five years providing network solutions in a technical support role.
  • Project-focussed background, with experience of end-to-end Network process (design, installations, implementation, and maintenance).
  • Large-scale deployment and fault finding on complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
