Job Title: Youth Homelessness Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Homelessness Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are at risk of or have been homeless.

About the Role

As a Youth Homelessness Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young people, helping them to develop independent living skills and achieve their goals. Your duties will include:

  • Providing targeted support to young people to maximize outcomes and reduce risks
  • Supporting young people to develop life skills, including education and employment opportunities
  • Coaching and training a team of Accommodation Support Workers
  • Understanding the needs and issues facing young people
  • Providing excellent listening and written communication skills
