About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will be working with a leading youth homelessness organisation in Exeter, providing high-quality support to young people who are at risk of or have been homeless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to young people to develop independent living skills, including accommodation needs, financial management, and health and wellbeing.
  • Monitor and record the progress of the team and the young people you support.
  • Provide high-quality support and safeguarding to young people to maximise outcomes and reduce risks.
  • Support young people to access education or employment and develop life skills.
  • Coach and train the team of Accommodation Support Workers.
  • Understand the needs of and issues facing young people.
