About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading youth homelessness organisation, providing housing support and guidance to young people in Exeter. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that our service users receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide housing support and guidance to young people experiencing homelessness
  • Work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that service users receive the best possible support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and organisations to ensure a comprehensive support network for our service users
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of housing support plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housing support services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the issues surrounding youth homelessness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,064 plus an additional £7,200 per month, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
