About the Role

A leading school in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Hub Leader to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Inclusion Hub, ensuring effective teaching and intervention strategies are in place to support students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide targeted support and interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on inclusive practices and interventions, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, where all students can thrive.
