The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Hub Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub, a collaborative project aimed at forging greater partnerships with SME employers in the region.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, the South Yorkshire Colleges Partnership, and the South Yorkshire Providers Network to deliver high-quality apprenticeship opportunities for young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Hub manager in the development and implementation of the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub
  • Maintaining good communication links with key stakeholders, including the SYMCA, SYCP, and SYPN
  • Keeping the Hub's online profile up to date and supporting awareness-raising activities, including management of specific campaigns and events
  • Administering and recording the receipt and processing of referrals for apprenticeship opportunities

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish and develop the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub, increase levels of employer engagement, deliver high-quality customer service, and build strong relationships with key partners.
