The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Hub Coordinator. This exciting role will involve working closely with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to develop and implement the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining good communication links with key stakeholders, including the SYMCA, SYCP, and SYPN. You will also be responsible for keeping the Hub's online profile up to date and supporting the awareness-raising activities of the Hub.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Hub manager on the development and implementation of the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub
  • Maintaining good communication links with key stakeholders
  • Keeping the Hub's online profile up to date
  • Administering and recording the receipt and processing of referrals for apprenticeship opportunities

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Set up and develop the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Hub to achieve the initiative's initial goals
  • Increase levels of employer engagement, particularly with SME organizations in the region
  • Deliver high-quality, responsive customer service to stakeholders
  • Build amazing relationships with key partners
