About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier, a renowned global wealth and asset manager. As a key member of our Product Development and Business Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results and customer analytics to inform go-forward sales strategy.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Sales Strategist to develop and implement sales improvement initiatives.
  3. Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
  4. Develop and facilitate sales planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Provide detailed insights into client and product financials, including relevant trends and watchouts.
  6. Improve management visibility of key financial metrics, including team flows and sales.
  7. Collaborate with sales team members to promote best practice use of Salesforce and identify mechanisms for mandating its use.
  8. Support efforts to ensure Tableau data quality and define business requirements for changes, enhancements, or new views.
  9. Build effective relationships with sales team members to facilitate successful work efforts.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects as necessary, providing sales-related business requirements and guidance.
  11. Produce ad-hoc sales and business development presentations as required.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 5 years of experience working in a strategy or sales role within an asset management organization.Technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets.In-depth knowledge of investment fund and financial regulations.Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative financial data and provide insightful positioning.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent analytical skills that offer insight into sales results and sales effectiveness.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau.
