Strategic Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier. As a key member of our Sales Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results and customer analytics to inform sales strategy.
- Develop and implement Management Information improvements, including sales pipeline and financial management information.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency.
- Prepare and facilitate sales planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of client and product financials across our geographical footprint.
- Improve management visibility of key financial metrics, including team flows and sales.
- Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate successful work efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional projects as necessary to drive sales-related business requirements.
- Produce ad-hoc sales and business development presentations as required.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Strategist with a strong background in sales and strategy. You will have:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a strategy or sales role within an asset management organization.
- Technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
- In-depth knowledge of investment fund and financial regulations.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative financial data and provide insightful positioning.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills to drive sales strategy and improve sales performance.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau.
