About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier. As a key member of our Sales Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results and customer analytics to inform sales strategy.
  2. Develop and implement Management Information improvements, including sales pipeline and financial management information.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency.
  4. Prepare and facilitate sales planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of client and product financials across our geographical footprint.
  6. Improve management visibility of key financial metrics, including team flows and sales.
  7. Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate successful work efforts.
  8. Participate in cross-functional projects as necessary to drive sales-related business requirements.
  9. Produce ad-hoc sales and business development presentations as required.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Strategist with a strong background in sales and strategy. You will have:

  1. At least 5 years of experience working in a strategy or sales role within an asset management organization.
  2. Technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
  3. In-depth knowledge of investment fund and financial regulations.
  4. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative financial data and provide insightful positioning.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Excellent analytical skills to drive sales strategy and improve sales performance.
  7. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau.
