Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth by crafting strategic plans and managing inventory levels across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement merchandise plans that align with business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Research and analyze global market trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Forecast and implement product distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Present sales and inventory analysis to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in merchandise planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
