Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development: Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, focusing on individual and team growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Performance Management: Work closely with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement action plans to drive improvement.
