Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline the accounts payable process
  • Handle vendor inquiries and build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documents and information
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Prior experience in an accounts payable role
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
