Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Repairs Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the repair sector within the elevator industry and will be tasked with:

  • Coordinating repair assignments to guarantee the availability of parts and ensuring repairs are executed safely, punctually, and within budgetary constraints.
  • Overseeing repair engineers and subcontracted personnel, leveraging team strengths and providing necessary support and training to enhance skill sets.
  • Delivering precise and timely documentation, managing on-site time effectively, and maintaining regular communication with the office support team to ensure repair parts are accessible as needed.
  • Engaging in a client-facing role to foster strong working relationships, offering updates and feedback to clients regarding progress.
  • Conducting Risk Assessment Methods to address any hazards requiring attention before work commences.
