Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Repairs Supervisor to join our Sunbury team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of lift repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate lift repair jobs to ensure timely and cost-effective completion, utilizing our extensive network of suppliers and resources.
  • Supervise a team of lift repair engineers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of repair activities, including documentation and reporting, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and feedback on repair progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in lift repair operations, preferably within the lift industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
