Job Summary:

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Sunbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing lift repairs, ensuring timely and safe completion of tasks within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair Job Planning: Coordinate with the team to plan and schedule lift repairs, ensuring all necessary parts are available and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support a team of lift engineers and subcontractors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, manage time on site, and liaise with the office support team to ensure repair parts are available as required.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback on repair progress.
  • Risk Assessment and Safety: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying and addressing potential hazards before commencing work.
