Job Title: Lift Repairs Supervisor

Orona, a leading global lift manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Lift Repairs Supervisor to join our Sunbury team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe repair of our lifts, escalators, and moving walkways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate repair jobs to ensure timely completion, within budget, and with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Supervise a team of repair engineers and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their skills and productivity.
  • Manage repair parts inventory, ensuring availability and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with the office-based support team to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing updates and feedback on repair progress.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in lift maintenance and repair. A good understanding of the lift industry and its regulations is essential.
