What We Are Seeking:

We are looking for a skilled Service Lift Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to manage a portfolio of lift units within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all maintenance and service visits for lifts within your assigned territory.
  • Respond promptly to lift breakdowns, striving for first-time fixes.
  • Address any persistent lift issues, ensuring compliance with zero defect insurance items and maintaining contractual KPIs.
  • Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous lift operation.
  • Engage directly with customers on-site to foster positive working relationships.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various lift systems, including dock-levellers, goods lifts, platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulic systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis.
