Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Sales Executive to join our team at Novumgen. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving commercial objectives in the hospital sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales revenue within hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure Novumgen remains competitive and compliant.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other materials to support commercial activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Adhere to Novumgen's policies, procedures, and GDP Code of Practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the hospital sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of using CRM systems and other commercial tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
