Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analysis Manager to lead our RFP response and competitive bid processes for projects in EMEA. The successful candidate will analyze commercial and legal aspects of Customer RFPs to develop a competitive submission and grow our execution pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the RFP response and competitive bid processes for projects in EMEA
  • Analyze commercial and legal aspects of Customer RFPs to develop a competitive submission
  • Lead the Customer and sub-contractor contract negotiation phase for equipment, services, and EPC contracts
  • Develop key requirements for RFPs to sub-contractors and evaluate bid results
  • Responsible for bid analysis and modeling to support strategic procurement process
  • Work with supply chain to capture competitive intelligence and generate insights on supply chain and BESS landscape
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support implementation
  • Ensure organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
  • Provide contract support to Project's team during contract execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Finance, or Economics or related field
  • Commercial contract negotiation and RFPs management experience for equipment supply in the energy sector
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing
  • Ability to take critical decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data and under time pressure
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work intensively during negotiation periods
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and proven leadership skills in virtual project teams
