About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Content Designer to join our cybersecurity team at Divvy Cloud Corp. As a UX Content Designer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective content experiences that guide our customers to achieve their cybersecurity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create UX content experiences that educate and empower our customers to defend their digital environments.
  • Design and develop interactive learning experiences, including in-product walkthroughs, help documentation, infographics, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in customer experiences and ensure a cohesive editorial tone across our product brand.
  • Provide holistic oversight for help content and recommend best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Audit and assess our product and documentation to ensure compliance with content standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote a content-as-a-priority approach and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a UX Content Designer, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent graphic design and data visualization skills.
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, experience design, and software development.
