We're on a mission to revolutionize the way our customers interact with our platform, and we need your expertise to make it happen. As a UX Designer at Gearset, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design with Purpose: Own and drive the full design process from discovery to delivery, turning research insights into ideas and designing workflows and UI for features.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to ship projects that address customer needs and add value to the Gearset platform.
  • Lead Research and Design: Take the lead on research and design for core workflows on the Gearset platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Advocate for User-Centered Design: Advocate and initiate new research, design, and engineering work to improve shipped projects and shape new projects.
  • Support Your Peers: Support your peers in the UX team, pairing and reviewing work, actively providing feedback, and helping the team mature and grow.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Work Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a month in the Belfast office).
