Our UX team is dedicated to crafting exceptional user experiences that drive business success. As a UX Designer at Gearset Limited, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the full design process, from discovery to delivery, to turn research insights into innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ship projects that meet customer needs and add value to the Gearset platform.
  • Lead research and design efforts for core workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Advocate for new research, design, and engineering work to improve shipped projects and shape new initiatives.
  • Support your peers in the UX team, providing feedback and helping the team grow and mature.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A full-time opportunity with flexible home working options (2-3 days a month in the Belfast office).
