Job Title: B2C Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Marketing Executive to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention for our key consumer finance savings product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing and digital strategy for our B2C financial services business
  • Assist with paid media programs to maximize engagement with existing clients and attract new customers
  • Ensure all opportunities are optimized, including growing engagement with existing clients and attracting new customers
  • Assist the business with ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively execute marketing plans that are client-focused, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build a close working relationship with external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team
  • Optimize marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity
  • Constantly improve on existing activities, approach, and accepted standards, sharing learnings with the team and peers

Requirements:

  • Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role
  • B2C financial services (consumer finance/insurance) experience is essential
  • Track record of paid media is essential
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel
  • Proficient with managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm
  • Digital marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners

What We Offer:

  • c£40-£50,000 base salary
