Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Direct and manage the facilities services component of the pharmaceutical project from start to finish.

System Oversight:
Ensure all facilities systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are effectively maintained and function smoothly.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all systems adhere to health, safety, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Financial Management:
Develop and oversee budgets for facilities services, ensuring cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality.

Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Supplier Coordination:
Work with external contractors and suppliers to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve any issues related to facilities services systems promptly.

Sustainability Initiatives:
Promote and implement energy-saving measures and sustainability practices within the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Degree in Facilities Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing facilities services for large-scale projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical field.

Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facilities systems.

Project Leadership:
Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of successful project execution.

Regulatory Acumen:
In-depth understanding of local and national building codes, safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders, team members, and contractors.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant IT tools.
