Role Overview:
We are seeking a proficient Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the timeline and ensuring the successful execution of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Programme Oversight: The Scheduler will be responsible for crafting, monitoring, and refining the overall project timeline, segmenting tasks based on specific needs and deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring: The Scheduler will input progress metrics and juxtapose them with initial benchmarks to evaluate project efficiency.
  • Change Management: Establish and oversee change management protocols, revising the project timeline as required.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client discussions to grasp expectations, collect pertinent information, and ensure effective communication.
  • Documentation Management: Guarantee that all project-related documents are precise, current, and systematically organized.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Project Director, site management, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Significant experience in scheduling internal fit-out projects.
  • Contractual Acumen: Strong understanding of conventional contract forms.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effectively participating in client discussions.
  • Project Execution: Demonstrated history of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant credentials in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • The Scheduler should possess a comprehensive understanding of large-scale residential fit-out projects.
